We ship our products to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zeeland and Europe with free tracked shipping. In order to keep costs as low as possible, we ship our products directly from our manufacturers or from our Warehouse in Austria and Egypt . The delivery time takes usually 6-15 working days, depending on your location. 

Where can I track my order?

All our orders can be tracked with a tracking number. You will receive the tracking number by email after purchase. 

How can I return an item?

We accept all returns within 30 days of purchase. For a full refund, the item must be returned undamaged, unused, and with the original packaging. To request a return, please contact info@alaqstore.com

Are returns free of charge?

We cover all costs for returns within the EU. For orders outside the EU you can choose your own return method. If the return fees are very high due to customs etc., we will be happy to help you in the form of vouchers, store credits and discount codes. We do our best to strengthen the Muslim community internationally and ask for your understanding 

When will I get my money back?

We will refund you between 2-10 days - depending on when we receive the item back in our company. Once your return has been checked and approved, it will be processed and we will charge you back the purchase price. You will receive a confirmation email informing you of the refund. Depending on your financial institution, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
